We had the Oak tree trimmed earlier this year by our usual tree surgeon. However, the sap dripping from the tree as well as bird faeces dropping from the tree are causing significant damage and problems on our driveway and damaging the bodywork to our cars parked on the driveway. As a result my wife???s car valuation was reduced due to the damaged paintwork caused by the sap and faeces when we recently sold the vehicle. In addition, our neighbours have complained and our window cleaner has commented on the mess and damage that is being caused.
