T1 Ash tree front of property, this tree is in poor condition and showing significant Ash dieback, this tree is to be felled to ground level for safety. TPO 16W, Tree A1

The tree is a Cedar. The work is to completely remove the tree. Your records show a very small Cedar tree but in reality,the tree is extremely large. The tree is only 8 meters away from the property and some of the branches have previously fell off into the street,the tree also over hangs the buildings roof quite significantly. We had the Oak tree trimmed earlier this year by our usual tree surgeon. However, the sap dripping from the tree as well as bird faeces dropping from the tree are causing significant damage and problems on our driveway and damaging the bodywork to our cars parked on the driveway. As a result my wife???s car valuation was reduced due to the damaged paintwork caused by the sap and faeces when we recently sold the vehicle. In addition, our neighbours have complained and our window cleaner has commented on the mess and damage that is being caused. We are therefore requesting that the tree is felled (by our usual qualified tree surgeon) or at the very least some form of robust pruning / pollarding to ensure all overhanging branches are cut back. Cut prune them to a smaller size to ensure it's not affecting us sitting in the garden. Also they are extremely close to the house which is dangerous to the building. TPO 155E.

Fell 2 Pine Trees on the front drive. Reason for removal is that it is causing huge damage to the dive way bricks. I am concerned that the roots are in danger of causing damage to the foundations of the house. They are overhanging into the neighbours garden and are causing too much shade within the garden. Trees are situated in the rear right hand side of the carpark over hanging neighbouring gardens. requesting permission to fell to ground level as a large limb has fallen in to the garden behind and generally dont look in the best condition. TPO 104W.

T4 Sycamore tree - proposal to fell and replant with silver birch in nearby location. Tree has sustained damaged to lower stem. T5 sycamore tree - proposal to fell and replant with oak tree in nearby location. Tree has sustained damage to lower stem. TPO 363E.

T1 - Plane located at the front right of the property - Dismantle in sections. T2 - Plane located at the front left of the property - Dismantle in sections- Leave stumps as close to ground level as possible. Some previous drain blocking, client obtaining details of site visits to carry out unblocking by United Utilities. Root damage to the driveway and paving. This root activity is creating a trip hazard for users of the drive/footpath. Roots could not be cut close to the base of the trees due to stability issues, the client is also concerned that if roots are cut away from the tree that root damage may occur again in a short space of time. The potential for root damage of the property was raised. The client felt there are limited pruning options that will practically control, the size of the trees and root growth. They were also concerned about the cost of having to repeatedly prune the trees. Client raised concerns over the foliar dust that she feels may worsen/cause allergies that she has. TPO 412W.

T1, Cedar, fell due to lifting path and possibly going to do the same to garage floor, also low amenity value, replant one standard white beam. HAR/CA29, TPO 82W.
