T1, T2 and T3 are three very large and tall spruces. We want to reduce the height of these 25m+ high trees by 33% to reduce risk of uprooting during high wind and consequently significant damage to residential property and/or people. Also remove dead branches to prevent them falling on the pavement and road. T12 is an Alder. It is diseased with premature leaf browning every year. More significantly the tree has a significant lean towards our house to get out of the shadow of a giant sycamore in neighbour's garden. This tree will be replaced by a specimen Acer or similar. Wild Cherry tree growing along the boundary between number 26 and 28 Parsonage Road Heaton Moor. Both property owners wish to apply for planning approval for removal of this tree only. There are two reasons the homeowners are seeking planning permission. One is loss of light and the second affects house number 28 only. Roots are allegedly causing damage to the home owners lawn.
