Use of site as a private orchard comprising the following changes: Planting over 100 fruit trees. Maintaining the existing mature trees. The construction of a wall to enclose the inner part of the site whilst maintaining the existing public rights of way. Maintaining and improving the existing public rights of way. Upgrading the existing access strip to accommodate limited amounts of vehicular traffic. Replacing the existing timber footbridge with a new bridge to accommodate vehicular access. Constructing a single-storey storage building with a green roof for the storage of maintenance equipment and fruit harvests.
