Demolition of existing two storey dwellinghouse and erection of replacement three storey dwellinghouse with double garage, 'Granny Annexe' and projecting roof terraces, with associated access, driveway and landscaping.

The proposal is to alter the southern area of the roof of an existing workshop to the rear of the dwellinghouse. The ridge is to be raised by 630mm to align with the northern part of the workshop roof. Bricks and tiles required to bring the ridge in line with the northern part of the workshop roof will be similar to the northern part of the workshop and original dwellinghouse.

PROPOSED CONVERSION OF EXISTING DWELLING TO FORM 2 No DWELLINGS INCLUDING ROOF ALTERATIONS & REAR EXTENSIONS

Replacement of existing roof with a 700mm increase of the ridge height including rooflights to the existing dwelling. Single storey side extension following demolition of store room, two storey front extension and porch, part single, part two storey rear extension with single storey side kitchen extension. Single storey boot room and garage structure attached to front of house. Facade of house to be replaced by brickwork external skin to whole house.

Enlargement and alterations to roof including change from hipped roof to gable roof, and the construction of a rear dormer extension, together with the erection of a rear single-storey extension, following the demolition of existing rear extensions, to provide additional living accommodation over three floors of the dwellinghouse.
