The condition states as "The side (Kitchen) window in the proposed extension shall be deleted an replaced with a clerestory window with a minimum sill height of 5' 9" Conditions(s) Removal: The condition relates to a window in Kitchen. We recently purchased the property and having been unaware of the planning condition in 1986, we have installed a window instead of Clerestory. We need proper light and ventilation in the kitchen because of cooking. Clerestory cannot provide us proper light and ventilation in the Kitchen. There will be no negative impact on the subject property and adjoining property if the condition is removed or varied. The adjoining property has been extended to the full length and have constructed building/ wall in front of the proposed window site. We would request to remove this condition as there is no material benefit of this and we shall struggle for light and ventilation in the Kitchen In Case this condition cannot be removed, Please allow us to have the window with obscure glazing at lease till the height of 5'9" and clear glass after that height. so that we can at least have some light and full ventilation
