Proposal to include the redevelopment of a Grade II listed Georgian house. Works to include; Restoration of the former house, Change of use from Class C3 Residential to Class E Commerical office, Private parking provisions on-site, Proposed extension towards the rear of the property.

There is no plan to extend/ alter or demolish any of the structure or surroundings at Strawberry Gardens. The proposed plan is to install a car park management system including an ANPR camera and associated signage - which includes 6 signs, 5 of which are on new poles and one on a new ANPR column. This will help to control the level of abuse the site is receiving and will make the parking manageable for the correct users.

Listed Building Consent to erect a single storey side and rear wraparound extension to the north western elevations and proposed additional single storey side extension to the south eastern side elevation to The hayloft, the converted Dutch barn building at no. 4 Ladybridge Barns, which is located within the curtilage of a listed building i.e. Ladybridge Farmhouse (Historic England Ref: 1241729).
