Proposed two-storey side extension, single storey side and rear extension and rear basement extension. Proposed rear dormer window to accommodate the conversion of the loft to habitable accommodation. [Amended Plans (received 05/06/20) have removed the proposed hip-to gable roof extension, front gable projection and flat roof rear dormer elements. The proposed two-storey side extension has been reduced in width, whilst the rear dormer has been replaced with smaller pitched roof dormer and additional rooflights within the roofspace.
