NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INSTALL 1x ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION APPARATUS PURSUANT TO THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) (AMENDMENT) (No.2) ORDER 2016 AND THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CODE (CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS) REGULATIONS 2003

Non material amendment to DC/075293 to allow for altered ventilation strategy to the main hall (omit ventilation chimneys and replace with wall mounted louvre panels); changes to external materials (columns, landscape hard standing, temporary stair enclosure); an amended hard standing layout (extent of play area hard standing revised) and to provide design development details which were previously marked as 'TBC' (reception play canopy details and RWP hopper details). As a result of developed design to the landscape proposals / site gradients, the site drainage drawing has also been updated.

Non-material amendment to DC/066750 to allow for a revised description of development to read as follows:- "Change of use of former public house to care home with partial demolition and erection of new extensions to form care home with parking, servicing and landscaping."

Application for a non-material amendment following grant of planning permission DC/074979, to amend condition 10 of DC/074979 - the development hereby approved shall not be occupied or brought into use until the means of access for vehicular and pedestrian traffic has been constructed in accordance with the approved drawing ref. (Street Design Partnership 7265 MMA-01 Rev F) including the retention of existing prohibitive right turn traffic signage and road markings. Within six months of first occupation, a prohibitive right turn traffic regulation order for vehicular traffic emerging onto Stockport Road from the site shall be implemented in full, including the implementation of measures required by the traffic regulation order. The means of access shall be retained and available for use at all times thereafter.

Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/067397 to enable the phasing of the development, as follows: Phase 1 (shown on drawing M4079 [90] 01 Rev B) - Construction of 31 No. dwelling houses including amendments to associated infrastructure. Phase 2 - (the remainder of the works approved by planning permission DC/067397 that are shown outside phase 1 on drawing Proposed Site Plan - M4079-booth-pl-01 G) - Construction of 16No apartments and associated infrastructure.

Non material amendment to planning permission DC071303, comprising the following: i) Substitution of the proposed dormer with additional roof lights as shown on the plan; ii) addition of roof light to shared access stair to meet building regulations requirements for smoke ventilation; and iii) resultant change of development description to: Alterations to the elevations including insertion of rooflights and sun tubes and change of use of the Lowry Buildings Harvey Street and parts of 15 Lower Hillgate to form 4 no. self contained flats; retention of the A3 unit and installation of a flue.

Non-material amendment to DC/76465 from the "erection of a 4 storey supported care residential development comprising of 17no. Apartments, on site office and associated works", to the "erection of a 4 storey supported care residential development comprising of 18no. Apartments, on site office and associated works".
