TA - 1 x cedar and 1 x conifer species - reduce cedar by a maximum of 1.25 meters and clean out canopy. Either remove the other tree if we can get away without leaving a huge unsightly hole. If not we would opt to reduce it with the other canopy (max 1.25 meters). Tree line B - reduce beech max 2.5 meters at longest limbs. A Sycamore Tree right on the boundary of 38 Heaton Moor Road and the public footpath. It is diseased and needs to be taken down ASAP. The tree surgeon told me to take photos and submit them ASAP as it is dangerous. HAR/CA15, TPO 17N.

Mixed species tree and shrubs group front and rear of the property. Himalayan Birch at the rear of the property. Reduce and shape by 1-1.25 metres all around to control size. Cotoneaster in the rear right hand corner of the garden. Reduce in height by 1 metre and shape on the shed side of the tree. Silver Birch on the rear right hand boundary. Reduce in height by 2 metres and prune side limbs to shape. Mixed hedge on the front right boundary of the property. Reduce in height by 1 metre and fell the Sycamore in the hedge to ground level to stop competition with the rest of the hedge. HAR/CA26, TPO 60W.

Wild Cherry tree growing along the boundary between number 26 and 28 Parsonage Road Heaton Moor. Both property owners wish to apply for planning approval for removal of this tree only. There are two reasons the homeowners are seeking planning permission. One is loss of light and the second affects house number 28 only. Roots are allegedly causing damage to the home owners lawn. T1 - conifer - remove as planted in the wrong place and no amenity value Tree line 2 - self seeded (tpo'd? ) sycamores x3 remove as over crowded and growing in close proximity to properties. Both neighbours wish to have these trees removed and the new owners of 53 are currently unable to insure their new property against structural problems due to the close proximity of these trees. I propose to remove them and reduce the hight on the conifer hedge row below them and maintain a neat hedgerow. Group 3 - sycamore, conifer, cherry formatively prune sycamore and cherry, reducing both by a maximum of 1m. Reduce conifer by 1.5 meters T4 - sycamore at the bottom of neighbours garden - reduce by a maximum of 1m to maintain boundary. All the proposed broadleaf pruning is to be done to the British Standard BS3998 Hawthorn hedgerow 5- hawthorns have grown in to trees owners are not sure weather to trim them and manage them as trees or return them to hedge height and manage as a hedge so permission to do either in the next 2 years would be ideal. The trees comprise mainly of Lyme trees, one horse chestnut and one Beech tree. These trees are all in the border that share a boundary adjoining with both Mersey Road and Priestnall Road. They are in a conservation Zone labeled G2 in the sketch map which is 57 priestnall Road please see attached as per correspondence from SMBC. It is my intention to remove any dead dying or dangerous branches from this group of trees. For the benefit of motorists, pedestrians and services I felt it may be prudent to highlight this. This application is for the reduction of lateral limbs to the beech tree to the left of the entrance as you look at the property. The intention is to give a three metre clearance from the neighbouring property. Removing only secondary branches. In addition to this, the tree located within the premises adjacent to the house at the end of the drive has been reduced in the past it is my recommendation that we carry out a full reduction to the height of the old cuts.
