Retrospective planning application for the installation of a feather edge fencing between 18 and 20 Hall Street and a hard standing driveway has been installed. We are also seeking permission to install timber gates to the front of the property. This work has not yet commenced.

Application for retrospective planning consent for the erection of an existing 2.4m high paladin fence to the front yard of the unit only. In addition, the application proposes widening the sliding gate from 4.53m to 5.575m to cater for HGV movements in to and out of the site.
