T1 - Larch - Height reduce by larger of two stems by 2m and the smaller of the two stems by 6m to remove co-dominance. Remove significant deadwood (>25mm diameter). T2 - Larch - Reduce bottom limb over garden to second lateral. Remove limb over neighbours garage. Remove vine from crown. Reduce/remove limbs to give at least 3m clearance from neighbours house/roof. Reduce over extended limbs from throughout crown to rebalance shape. Remove deadwood and stubs from throughout crown. Silver birch - T2 Tree was observed to be in decline with 20% dieback observed in crown. An excessive amount of deadwood was observed in tree's crown. A snapped-out limb was observed hung up in tree's crown at 4.5m (south). The tree has been dropping small sized branches onto the pavement below and close to parked cars. The tree owner is understandably concerned that the tree could injure a pedestrian or cause damage to vehicles. The applicant would like to fell the tree & replace with a nursery standard silver Birch, to be planted as a replacement in the same position as tree T2. Common beech - T3 Tree's lower crown is coming into contact with the roof of adjacent garage building. Prune to give 1.5 m clearance from building.
