Front of property is experiencing damage due to roots. Trees have outgrown surroundings and pose a threat to property and vehicles. They have sustained damage and are misshapen and unsightly. Plan is to remove the trees (replace damaged front wall with smart brick and fencing) and replace with a new matured, box style hedge, in style with the street. Supporting photos provided. TPO 146W.

T1 - Conifer - Reduce minimally and Trim. T2 - Norway Maple - Reduce by 1.5mtrs to make sure telephone lines are kept clear. T3 & T4 - 2 x Red Maple - Reduce my 1.5mtrs to make sure telephone lines are kept clear and that the tree line around boundary of property stays in uniform. T5 - Mixed small ground shrubs - Remove completely to allow small Rowan tree to grow better. T6, T7 & T8 - Conifer - Remove completely including Stumps as damage it being caused by the root systems to the paving/ boundary fence and concerns for the building have been raised. T9 - Damson - Remove completely due to poor health and bad location as it is situated under the conifers. HAR/CA30.

The tree is a large Willow within the boundary of my property. It substantially overhangs the road - Ogden Road. My neighbours on the opposite side of Ogden Road have said that the tree moves significantly in the wind and that they are concerned about the damage it would cause if the tree was to be blown over in the wind. The tree is also very close to the fence and its roots are damaging the footway. My proposal is the have the tree taken down by a specialist tree surgeon, to remove the risks. HAR/CA34

Hi, we aim to remove the tree at the rear right hand side of the garden. We have just recently moved into the property and it is clear to us that when fully covered with leaves the tree covers the garden of light through the morning and early afternoon. The tree is also pushing our fence line at the back of the property. We would also like to direct a bike/shed/green house/vegetable patch at the rear of our garden.

Scope of work proposed by Tree Surgeon is as follows: Large sized Ash tree located adjacent to the boundary fence at the rear of the property. The Ash tree is showing longstanding signs of significant Ash. Dieback disease with a large proportion of the canopy noted to have little to know leaf/ bud growth. An extensive low level. cavity has degraded over time causing damage to the base of the tree. This cavity is noted to extend to circa 20% of the stem base and will impact the trees stability. Allow to remove the tree to ground level. All brash and branch waste will be chipped and taken away from site for local recycling. TPO Ref- 69W. Copper Beech Tree at 78 Swann Lane. Identified as T2 in the aerial photograph attached to this application. Scope of work proposed by Tree Surgeon is as follows: Large sized Beech tree located at the rear of the property adjacent to the boundary fence. Beech tree is noted to be generally overgrown and is preventing light passage into the gardens of a number of the Swann Lane properties. Allow to undertake a crown reduction of circa 15 - 20% to the Beech tree. This will include a reduction in height by circa 2 - 3m. Allow to crown thin the tree to allow light passage through the canopy. The works will be undertaken to compliment the Beech trees natural shape, this will leave the tree in a neat and tidy spherical shape allowing further light passage through the canopy. All waste brash to be chipped and taken away for local recycling.

There are three trees on our property that require maintenance. There is a cherry tree at the bottom of our garden that was damaged in a storm. It's leaning over and it's roots are lifting out of the ground and damaging our lawn and flower beds. It is threatening to take down the fence if it falls. The second tree is a silver birch in a courtyard between the house and out buildings. There are two branches that are rubbing on each other and there is a open wound. We want to prune one of the branches to reduce the risk of the tree becoming diseased. The third three is a cherry blossom which is beside our out buildings and greenhouse. The tree needs to be pruned so that the branches are not hitting our greenhouse (we are worry the glass will be broken by the branch in bad weather). We have a tree surgeon lined up to do the work. The following proposed work is intended to address the main safety issues with the school trees including the removal of playground overhang providing perching point for pigeons rendering the playground unusable. Mature Lindon tree. Remove lower branches, to 'lift' the canopy by 2 meters. This will clear the lower hanging branches from the garden and fence line. - HAR/CA15

Tree Identified as T1 on the attached tree location plan. Medium sized Willow tree located adjacent to the boundary fence at the rear of the property. Willow tree is extensively overgrown and is noted to be causing issues with the boundary fence and associated fence foundations. The tree has also caused complaints from the adjoining owner of Cranbourne Court due to the tree depositing leafs and branches onto their car port roofs and onto parked cars. Sections of boundary fence are noted to be damaged due to the proximity of the tree to the fenceline. This tree requires removing to ground level in order to undertake repair works to the fence foundations which will enable the reinstatement of the fence panels. - HAR/CA15 , TPO#: T161 - 15N
