Proposed demolition of front porch, both rear conservatories, single storey kitchen outrigger and polycarbonate roof along passageway. Proposed replacement single storey rear extension and single storey sunrooms to both the main house and the existing garage. Conversion of the existing garage to habitable accommodation, removal of the pitched roof, replacement with flat roof design and increase in width (approx. 3m) to link garage to the main house. Re-tile of main roof, replacement of soffit and fascia boards, repoint of chimney on detached house built 1908. The main roof is currently tiled with concrete tiles and has no original tiles or ridge tiles on it. The proposal is to re-tile the main roof with slate, existing velux windows will be retained and already comply with conservation requirements.
