(1) Trees & bushes at front of house to be pruned including holly, laurel & yew to be pruned by 20%. (2) Front right: Fell dead tree that has been taken over & killed by ivy. After felling the dead tree, neighbouring laurel will be able to fill out and take the space. (3) Side right: Fell 2 dead trees killed by ivy. Felling dead trees will allow other neighbouring trees including plum to flourish. (4) Fell dead elm tree to right boundary. (5) Fell large laurel bushes at right of vestibule entrance that are a risk to the dwelling foundations. (4) and (5) will be replaced by the boundary privet hedge which will be allowed to grow more fully. (6) Fell 2 small conifer trees directly in front of house as these are blocking light to the dwelling and are a risk to the foundations. Not be be replaced as too close to house. (7) Fell Italian cypress tree at rear of house adjacent to kitchen. Tree is causing a risk to foundations of dwelling. Not to be directly replaced due to proximity to house. (8) Fell dead conifer at rear boundary. Unlikely to be replaced as very close to large laurel and sycamore trees. New Portuguese laurel hedge has additionally been planted along this boundary. (9) Prune large branch of sycamore tree which overhangs neighbour's garage. (10) Fell laburnum growing within yew tree. Will not be replaced to allow yew tree to grow fully. HAR/CA29.
