The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

Tree line A - reduce willow, remove self seeders and shaoe holly and hazel Tree B - neighbours willow growing over summer house. Remove previously stubbed limb and reduce height to maintain boundary Tree line C - oaks - Reduce back from workshop roofs and formatively prune. Reduce by up to 2 meters. Orchard D - formatively prune fruit trees Tree E - self seeded oak - remove Tree line F - birch and oak Reduce back from the workshop roof and reduce crown by upto 1.5 meters - *owners may want to at some point in the next 2 years. All pruning cuts inline with BS3998. HAR/CA23, TPO 81E.

Pine(T1)- reduce heavy limb over house by 2-3m. This is to prevent the limb snapping and the needle drop onto the roof Lime(T2,3,4)- reduce back to boundary to stop the drop off sap and leaves onto the new decking and house Lime(T5)- remove lowest two limbs over the new house and reduce the canopy above back by 3-4m to allow more light into the property and also to help prevent sap and leaf drop onto the property Pine(T6)- remove two lowest limbs over road to clear highway Lime(T7)- remove the three smallest stems leaving the main stem to create a nicer looking tree while allowing more light into the area Cherry(T8)-reduce height by 6-7m tree is leaning heavily over neighbours property. Reducing will make the tree safer and allow more light into the property's around / HAR/CA26, TPO#: G13 - 60W

Discharge of Conditions 3 (Testing and Validation of Imported Materials) and 6 (Tree Planting and Biodiversity Enhancement Measures) of Planning Permission reference DC/072506 for Elevational alterations to Dolphin House, including works to create a brick and glazed entrance area, insertion of doors, installation of externally mounted metal escape stair, new access ramp, new ballustrading to existing access ramp, siting of sprinkler tank and pump house upon area of car park, installation of roof mounted plant, including a 130 square metre plant area, hard surface landscaping, segregated recycling and waste management area, erection of boundary treatments, and associated works, in association with the use of the building for Use Class B1 offices, research and development, processes and ancillary functions.
