Conversion of the existing roof space into a habitable space. Externally this includes the introduction of a traditional dormer roof window to the front elevation of the house and x3 Velux windows to the rear pitch of the roof. The existing outbuilding within the rear garden is to have a small infill extension and x2 new Velux windows are to be added to the ground floor kitchen roof.

Proposed front porch extension, two-storey side and rear extension including a roof extension. Proposed increase in ridge of the house by approximately 1.8 metres and a flat roof rear dormer to facilitate a loft conversion and additional accommodation at second floor level.
