Conversion of living accommodation at first floor to 3no. apartments and creation of 1no. flat within the attic space. Works also include a ground floor extension and bin store to rear, pitched roof and dormer to rear, first floor extension, various roof lights, entrance steps and canopy. Existing car wash will be retained but reduced in size and wooden structure replaced.
