Demolition of a single storey flat roof building

Demolition of all buildings on site. Buildings include the former SKF factory which is of steel frame construction with a north light roof and other buildings that include several facilities of brick construction with steel truss roofs covered with asbestos cladding; a two-storey, brick-built, office building; a heat treatment building of steel portal frame construction with brick elevations and metal cladding to the roof; and a brick building which houses electricity transformers and provides further storage

Demolition notice- The walls of the flamingo house are in a dilapidated state and may collapse which in turn could have an effect on the roof structure.
