Non-material amendment to permitted S.22/1256/HHOLD - Extend new dormer to rear/West side of house & minor widening of rooflights to front, East elevation, south end of roof plane

Two additional doors on the rear elevation, conservation Velux windows on the existing extension roof, repairs to roof, construction of dormer windows to outbuilding, repairs to, walls and windows. Various internal alterations.

Amendments to previously approved application S.17/0221/LBC. 1. Changes to internal layout to form 7 units rather than 8 units as previously proposed. 2. Changes to the layout of the previously approved new external metal stairs. 3. Extension of existing rear dormer (northwest corner). 4. Infilling existing windows in the rear extension on eastern elevation. 5. Alterations to window and door opening mainly to rear 1970s block. 6. Replacing existing uPVC windows with composite timber/aluminum windows and reinstating timber sliding sash windows in the original part of the building (ground floor and first floor). 7. Alterations to internal stairs and bulkhead with existing handrail moved to lower flight to be retained. Further alterations are proposed to the Partial sprinkler system, Acoustic and fire performance upgrade to intermediate floor/ceilings, Thermal upgrade to existing ground floor, Thermal upgrade to existing roof, Rendering rear block and External garden and parking.
