Construction of timber framed link between existing house (Barn A / Tudor House) and existing sunroom.

Reconfiguring the existing Coach House, inc lowering a floor, converting the garage to a bedroom and the addition of a dormer window/door, access to a proposd bridge between the first floor and the landscaped terrace. Revised plans received.

Reduction of height to chimney to rear, replacement of existing chimney on main house

4 Birch trees at the front - fell. Group of Birches to the rear - fell to near ground level the 2 trees closest to the house and 3rd leaning specimen.. Cedar - reduce in height and radius by approximately 25%.

Conversion of former Coach House to 2 no. residential dwellings. Resubmission of S.23/0566/LBC.
