Provision of decked area to flat roof rear single storey extension with access from rear garden via metal staircase and 1.8 m high close boarded fence panels.

Refurbishment of the restaurant to include extensions to main building and addition of aluminium cladding, fencing and gates, changes to access/egress, reconfiguration of the drive thru lane and car park and a new island for signage. Also replacement of Goal Post height restrictor and installation of 2 no. new Customer Order Displays (COD) with overhead canopy.
