Section 211 notice to fell 1no Sycamore Tree (T1).

Application to remove 12n branches to 2no Sycamore trees (T1 & T2) to provide clearances for adjacent property. Reasons for work - concerns from neighbours about proximity of trees to property after branch broke in high winds and fell into garden.

Fell 1no. lime tree and crown reduce beech away from property (amended description 19.8.20)

Crown lift all trees overhanging onto the pedestrian footpath by 4.5 metres

Fell 1no. sorbus tree

Fell T1 Holly to a stump, very thin crown and clearly in poor health.

T1 sycamore - reduce by 1.5 m and trim away from lamp post T2 sorbus - reduce by 0.5m and trim away from lamppost T3 sycamore sapling in hedge - fell T4 sycamore sapling in hedge - fell

Crown reduce by 1.5m and remove ivy. (T2) Purple ornamental plum,

Felling of 1x laurel Tree (T4), 1x Conifer tree (T5) and 1x yew tree (T6) felling the 3 smaller trees closest to the house will leave 2 large trees and 1 small tree in the garden, closest to the street. the 3 trees to be felled do not in my view have a great amenity value and 3 trees is appropriate for a garden of this size.

Crown reduction in height by 25% of 1 x holly tree and removal of 3no. branches of 1 x Ash tree Reason - trees form a continuous screen around garden casting excessive shade and the pruning will create 'windows' of light
