Non material amendment to planning permission 19/01890/VA4. Relocation of internal boundary fences and footpath links; minor amendment to various private drives, repositioning of garages on plots 36, 37 and 56; minor amendment to northern boundary of plot 1 and addition of bin collection point to plot 21 garden.

Refurbishment of the restaurant to include extensions to main building and addition of aluminium cladding, fencing and gates, changes to access/egress, reconfiguration of the drive thru lane and car park and a new island for signage. Also replacement of Goal Post height restrictor and installation of 2 no. new Customer Order Displays (COD) with overhead canopy.
