Erection of a single storey rear extension, porch to front and detached garage to front, including 1.8metre boundary wall/ fence to front and side and new vehicle hardstanding to front (amended description 22/7/2020)

Refurbishment of the restaurant to include extensions to main building and addition of aluminium cladding, fencing and gates, changes to access/egress, reconfiguration of the drive thru lane and car park and a new island for signage. Also replacement of Goal Post height restrictor and installation of 2 no. new Customer Order Displays (COD) with overhead canopy.
