Erection of a single storey rear and side extension, alterations to front boundary and extend dropped kerb.

2Change of use from amenity land to residential with relocation of side boundary and erection of new close boarded timber fence and extension to existing patio.

Erection of a part single, part two storey rear extension and erection of front porch extension, with changes to fenestration and internal alterations. Conversion of existing detached garage into habitable accommodation with installation of rear dormer and first floor accommodation. Erection of new garage to side of detached garage following demolition of existing concrete built detached garage. Erection of new front boundary treatment including new entry gates.

Proposed removal of 2 trees close to our rear patio doors - 1 x Yew and 1 x Holly. The size of the trees have got a little out of control, with large amounts of debris / fallen leaves now falling on our living area. The trees grow inbetween 2 original large mature Scots Pine trees, which will not be touched. In addition to this, we have a large mature oak tree in a corner boundary, that while growing towards the light, is also growing predominantly over our garage/extension roof. We would like to ask for permission for a tree surgeon to take some of the weight out of the extremities of this tree, in addition to some heavy branches that are growing over our neighbour's boundary into No 9 Ferniehurst. When looking at the property from the road, Oak 1 is a large American Oak tree which is situated to the right boundary of the property, branches extend over to our neighbour (number 4 Carlinwark Drive). This tree has a number of dead branches as shown in the Sept 22 photos, I'd like these to be removed as we do get a number of branches falling on the cars on the driveway. I would then like a crown reduction back to the original growth points e.g. where it had been reduced before which would be up to 2 metres. Some of the tree branches have now grown over the property. When looking at the property from the road, Beech 1 is a large Beech tree which is situated on the front boundary of our property, right in the middle and therefore branches extend over the road. This tree hasn't has any work completed on it for a very long time and would therefore like a crown reduction of up to 2 metres (more of it would be allowed), again removing any dead branches which there are a couple.

Non-material amendment to 06/0428 (extensions and boundary wall) to allow for a reduction of the approved two storey extension to the northern side to be a single storey extension, reduce bulk and the number of windows on the front and rear elevations (from two to one) of the approved extension from southern side, and internal alterations

Erection of single storey rear extension, enclosure of existing front porch, erection of large timber shed in rear garden to rear of existing garage. Construction of new 1.8m high wall to the front roadside boundary of the property to replace existing fence.
