Pervious consent received to reduce lateral branches to ensure 4m gap between branches and property. Work not carried out. Further identification of works required. Work Required: Reduce lateral branches adjacent to property by minimum of 4m. Cut to suitable growth point on branch. Reduce complete crown by 4m to reduce crown mass on all 3 stems, as required to balance tree on all sides. Lift crown to ensure 5m above ground level.
