Non-material amendment to 20/1197/FFU (Erection of two storey and single storey rear extension following demolition of existing two storey rear element, existing rear conservatory and garage) to allow for the relocation of the door on the northern side elevation, replace part of the bi-fold door with a window in the rear elevation, change of the colour of the bi-fold door from grey to white and insert a window to the southern side elevation at ground floor level.
