The size of the trees have got a little out of control, with large amounts of debris / fallen leaves now falling on our living area. In addition to this, we have a large mature oak tree in a corner boundary, that while growing towards the light, is also growing predominantly over our garage/extension roof. We would like to ask for permission for a tree surgeon to take some of the weight out of the extremities of this tree, in addition to some heavy branches that are growing over our neighbour's boundary into No 9 Ferniehurst. Rear garden English Oak - Lift low canopy over garden only, by removal of approximately five lowest branches over garage and lawn and shorten back 2 longer branches in upper canopy growing towards house by approximately 2 metres - this will reduce the radius growing towards the house from approximately 6 metres to approximately 4 metres, pruning to suitable live secondary branches and in keeping with remaining canopy.
