Erection of a replacement single storey four bedroom dwelling following the demolition of the existing house and stable block and associated stables office.

Application for a minor material amendment and variation of condition 2 of permission 19/0031 (Application for the approval of reserved matters (scale, appearance and landscaping) pursuant to outline planning permission 18/0327 (248 dwellings with associated roads, footpaths, play areas, parking, open space and landscaping) to allow 26no. two-bedroom apartments to be amended to 15no. townhouses (6no. three-bedroom and 9no. four-bedroom) with associated parking and the relocation of the 11no. units as additional houses to the Northern Area. It is also proposed to amend 9no. houses by means of extensions in order to accommodate home offices.

Non-material amendment to 19/0031 (Reserved matters - 248 dwellings) to provide minor amendments to some house types in the northern part of the development site only, by providing a home office, with limited external alterations.
