Proposed removal of 2 trees close to our rear patio doors - 1 x Yew and 1 x Holly. The size of the trees have got a little out of control, with large amounts of debris / fallen leaves now falling on our living area. The trees grow inbetween 2 original large mature Scots Pine trees, which will not be touched. In addition to this, we have a large mature oak tree in a corner boundary, that while growing towards the light, is also growing predominantly over our garage/extension roof. We would like to ask for permission for a tree surgeon to take some of the weight out of the extremities of this tree, in addition to some heavy branches that are growing over our neighbour's boundary into No 9 Ferniehurst. T1 - Oak tree - Dead - Fell to ground level (Previously pollarded) T2 - Holly - Fell - Wholly overhangs boundary of 11 Portsmouth Road, so cutting back the overhang would leave a 6 ft stump G1 - Cut back overhanging branches from yews and hollies to boundary with 11 Portsmouth Road. Causing excessive shading and moss build up on garage roof

Application to remove condition 4 of permission 14/0386 (variation of 13/0953 (relating to the erection of a six bedroom, two storey dwelling house with accommodation in the roof and triple garage with accommodation in the roof, entrance gates and front boundary wall following the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and removal of swimming pool)) to allow for permitted development rights to be re-instated.
