Conversion of roof space to habitable accommodation with the insertion of roof lights and associated works. All following demolition of existing shed and outbuilding. To allow both windows in the east elevation to tilt inwards with restricted opening to create ventilation.

Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 21/0278/FFU to change approved roof shape and allow for the loft to be converted into habitable accommodation.

Variation of condition 3 of 20/0675/FFU (erection of a two storey rear/side extension, a single storey side/rear extension, the demolition of the existing garage, alterations to roof over existing single storey side projection and roof over existing two storey rear projection and installation of a window to side elevation at first floor level) to allow for amended plans as the height of the single storey side/rear extension has been built higher than the approved plans.

Application to remove condition 4 of permission 14/0386 (variation of 13/0953 (relating to the erection of a six bedroom, two storey dwelling house with accommodation in the roof and triple garage with accommodation in the roof, entrance gates and front boundary wall following the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and removal of swimming pool)) to allow for permitted development rights to be re-instated.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 17/1016 (side and rear extension) to allow for a two storey rear elevation gable end roof.
