The tree is a single cypress that is now too big and blocks light to the annexe. To be replaced by low growing shrub. The tree is not in character with other trees on the property or adjoining properties which include scots pines, silver birch and chestnuts.

My clients would like to retain the tree but feel that it is impacting on the neighbouring property.

T1 Sweet chestnut - Reduce crown by a maximum of 1.5-2m. Crown lift to a maximum of 5m above ground level.
