We propose to complete vegetation clearance of Rhododendron shrub on the Western boundary of the nearby cottage. We would like to clear a 3 metre strip of Rhododendron. There will be no work to any surrounding trees within the woodland specified within the TPO area. Woodchip will be laid into various seperate piles rather than spread evenly as per instruction from Arboricultural Officer previously.

T1 in the attached report. I am applying to fell the tree to ground level on my property per the recommendations of the report. The tree location is at the rear of my garden adjacent to the boundary with the public playground in the park opposite.

T1- re pollard large weeping willow tree, the tree was last pollard 10 years ago and is now starting to encroach on neighbouring properties T2- cut back silver birch tree to the boundary. the tree is over hanging number 42 from neighbouring property G1- cut back assortment of small willow trees away from the property

When looking at the property from the road, Oak 1 is a large American Oak tree which is situated to the right boundary of the property, branches extend over to our neighbour (number 4 Carlinwark Drive). This tree has a number of dead branches as shown in the Sept 22 photos, I'd like these to be removed as we do get a number of branches falling on the cars on the driveway. I would then like a crown reduction back to the original growth points e.g. where it had been reduced before which would be up to 2 metres. Some of the tree branches have now grown over the property. When looking at the property from the road, Beech 1 is a large Beech tree which is situated on the front boundary of our property, right in the middle and therefore branches extend over the road. This tree hasn't has any work completed on it for a very long time and would therefore like a crown reduction of up to 2 metres (more of it would be allowed), again removing any dead branches which there are a couple.

Oak T2 - located within property boundary. To prune the tree, remove any dead wood, crossing branches or damaged limbs as needed. To carry out crown thinning and reduction to old points, and cleaning off epicormic growth. Reducing and reshaping of the crown. This is routinely done, in regular intervals, as advised by the Tree Surgeon to keep the tree healthy.

Rear garden right hand boundary. T1. Large Lawsons Cypress tree to be reduced by roughly 1/3 in height. This tree is positioned in the left hand side of the garden and is the tallest standing Lawsons between the two seen in attached pictures. T2. Small Lawsons Cypress tree to be removed to ground level. This tree is positioned next to T1 and is the smaller of the two. Rear garden left hand boundary. T3. Semi mature Lawsons Cypress tree to be removed to ground level. This tree is positioned on the right hand boundary and stands alone. Reason for trees to be reduced/removed is due to being within falling distance and substantial loss of light into rear garden.

T1 - Qurcus robur located on the boundary between cherry tree cottage and 35 atfield grove. Proposed works are to reduce canopy all round by approximately 2-3 meters back to historical pollard points and pruning to growth where possible. Reason for the proposed works is due to concern from 35 atfield grove over the stability and integrity of the tree although there was nothing of any obvious concern that I could see when I viewed the tree.

T1 Sycamore, located on the front boundary adjacent to Snows Ride. To re-pollard the tree back to the previous pollard points. This action will reduce the lateral limbs by approximately 2m from the branch tips back to the pollard point and the same in height. T2 Sycamore, located on the right hand boundary adjacent to Highwaymans Ridge. To re-pollard the tree back to the previous pollard points. This action will reduce the lateral limbs by approximately 1.5m from the branch tips back to the pollard point and the same in height. T3 Oak tree, located adjacent to T2 To thin the crown by up to 15% folia. This action is to help manage the reactive growth as a result of the historic crown reduction. T4 Oak tree located in the rear garden To thin the crown by up to 15% folia and to remove the epicormic growth from the trunk up to the crown break. This action is to help manage the reactive growth as a result of the historic crown reduction.

The trees are those along the south-east boundary of Plot 35 and the south-east and north-east boundaries of Plot 37 in the eastern corner of the development. Full location details and work specifications are contained within the plan accompanying this application. Note: We are aware that some of the works proposed are to trees that are not covered by the TPO. However, for the avoidance of doubt, all proposed works are shown and specified. We are happy to meet the tree officer on site to show him the works if this would be helpful.

T1, crown reduce Oak tree by 1 to 2M all over, crown thin by 20%, lift to 5M and deadwood. the tree is on the boundary with multiple properties and overhanging, the tree has lost/ had removed a large limb historically at the rear of the tree, by reducing the tree we can reduce the over hang and re balance the tree within its self again.
