T1 English Oak (Quercus robur) Root pruning within the foundation for the conservatory with Permitted Development planning approval. Excavation conducted so far with the approval of the Tree Offcicer to a depth of 600mm, only revealed one root of 20mm in diametre which has been pruned. The foundation will need further excavation to a probable depth of 1m, as this is below the normal rooting depth of most trees its unlikely that more roots will be revealed. If these are below 25mm in diametre they will be pruned, if above they will be retained.

26Oak tree (T1) to be felled to ground level. This tree has been heavily suppressed due to their close proximity to neighbouring trees. The crown is interfering with the better surrounding specimens by light suppression and crossing/rubbing branches. 2x Oak trees (G1) to be crown reduced approx 40% (4M approx). The trees are blocking a substantial amount of light to neighbouring properties & gardens. One oak overhanging conservatory, weighted in favour of property. Some stems have failed and fallen previously. Sycamore (T2) to be crown reduced approx 40% (3-4M approx). Crown causing excessive shading to neighbouring properties Walnut (T3) to be crown reduced on right (East) side 1-2M approx to alleviate lean weight and some wind sail. There is a large cavity at the base which has been historically filled with concrete.
