T1 English Oak (Quercus robur) Root pruning within the foundation for the conservatory with Permitted Development planning approval. Excavation conducted so far with the approval of the Tree Offcicer to a depth of 600mm, only revealed one root of 20mm in diametre which has been pruned. The foundation will need further excavation to a probable depth of 1m, as this is below the normal rooting depth of most trees its unlikely that more roots will be revealed. If these are below 25mm in diametre they will be pruned, if above they will be retained.

Submission of details to comply with condition 4 (No works or development shall take place until an arboricultural method statement and tree protection plan specific to this scheme has been submitted and approved in writing by the local planning authority) attached to planning permission 23/0115/FFU for erection of single storey rear extension and detached double garage.

Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary conditions 2 (approved plans), 3 (materials), 4 (site levels), 5 (construction management plan), 10 (privacy screen to plot J) and 16 (SUDS), submission of details to comply with conditions 7 (external lighting), 8 (biodiversity) , 15 (EV charging facilities) and 17 (cycle storage) and removal of conditions 9 (works to Dunmar) and 12 (pre-commencement meeting in relation to trees) attached to planning permission 19/0757 allowed on appeal 27/01/21 as amended by 22/0301/NMA dated 31/05/2022 to update approved plans, construction management statement and works to Dunmar to reflect planning permission 20/1077/FFU granted on Dunmar with proposed changes to internal and external layout within the development and to provide details of external materials, finished floor/ground levels and surface water drainage

Application for a non-material amendment [pursuant to planning permission APP/D3640/W/20/3248476 [SU/19/0235] (relating to the residential development of 44 dwellings comprising 7 no two bedroom, 9 no three bedroom and 16 no four bedroom two storey homes and 7 no one bedroom and 5 no two bedroom flats within a three storey building along with access, parking/garaging, and landscaping, following the demolition of the existing dwelling and associated outbuildings] to allow amendments to the provided/approved details for Condition 9 (landscaping) and 12 (tree report)

The trees are those along the south-east boundary of Plot 35 and the south-east and north-east boundaries of Plot 37 in the eastern corner of the development.
