Submission of details to comply with condition 5 (Tree protection plan) attached to planning permission 23/0862/FFU for the erection of a two storey front extension following demolition of existing garage and single storey side extension. Roof alterations including pitched roof to the rear along with internal alterations, fenestration changes and rendering to existing side elevations.

Proposed removal of 2 trees close to our rear patio doors - 1 x Yew and 1 x Holly. The size of the trees have got a little out of control, with large amounts of debris / fallen leaves now falling on our living area. The trees grow inbetween 2 original large mature Scots Pine trees, which will not be touched. In addition to this, we have a large mature oak tree in a corner boundary, that while growing towards the light, is also growing predominantly over our garage/extension roof. We would like to ask for permission for a tree surgeon to take some of the weight out of the extremities of this tree, in addition to some heavy branches that are growing over our neighbour's boundary into No 9 Ferniehurst.
