T1 English Oak (Quercus robur) Root pruning within the foundation for the conservatory with Permitted Development planning approval. Excavation conducted so far with the approval of the Tree Offcicer to a depth of 600mm, only revealed one root of 20mm in diametre which has been pruned. The foundation will need further excavation to a probable depth of 1m, as this is below the normal rooting depth of most trees its unlikely that more roots will be revealed. If these are below 25mm in diametre they will be pruned, if above they will be retained.

1. Apple Tree at side of house ??? Re-pollard to previous points. 2. Bay Tree ??? Reduce in height by approx. 50% and trim face to tidy. 3. Choisya ??? Reduce and reshape with a light all over trim. 4. Japanese Maple ??? Crown lift to just above gutter height on the conservatory.
