Proposed removal of 2 trees close to our rear patio doors - 1 x Yew and 1 x Holly. The size of the trees have got a little out of control, with large amounts of debris / fallen leaves now falling on our living area. The trees grow inbetween 2 original large mature Scots Pine trees, which will not be touched. In addition to this, we have a large mature oak tree in a corner boundary, that while growing towards the light, is also growing predominantly over our garage/extension roof. We would like to ask for permission for a tree surgeon to take some of the weight out of the extremities of this tree, in addition to some heavy branches that are growing over our neighbour's boundary into No 9 Ferniehurst. Rear garden English Oak - Lift low canopy over garden only, by removal of approximately five lowest branches over garage and lawn and shorten back 2 longer branches in upper canopy growing towards house by approximately 2 metres - this will reduce the radius growing towards the house from approximately 6 metres to approximately 4 metres, pruning to suitable live secondary branches and in keeping with remaining canopy. Lifting low canopy over the clients garden to approximately 6 metres - no branches in excess of 20 cm to be removed.

T1 large Oak tree over hanging the main road and the garage area, we would like to crown reduce the entire tree by 2M all over, crown lift to 5M and removed deadwood

Oak tree (T1) - when we moved here in 1991, this tree had been damaged, probably in the 1987 storm. The main trunk had broken and there was some growth from the side. There is now a large hole in the main trunk where it had been damaged and the branch that has now grown out is at risk of falling. See attached photograph named T1 with hole. AS you can see from the photograph, there is also a hole further down the trunk. We want to fell this tree. As there are other trees and shrubs adjacent to this tree, there is no space for a replacement tree. Sweet chestnut tree (T2) and beech tree (T3) - the branches of these two trees now extend over our garage close to the roof leading to the garage roof becoming covered in a thick layer of moss. There is also a risk of squirrels getting on to the roof from the overhanging branches. To prevent damage to the roof, we would like the lower branches of these two trees removed to provide 3 metres clearance between the branches and the garage roof. Oak tree (T4) - we would like to remove a large branch of this oak tree as it now extends over our apple and plum trees and garden leading to those trees not get enough light and restricted light in our greenhouse. The branch we want to remove is shown in the photograph named T4 with branch to be removed.

Alastair Barnes, Arboricultural Officer for Surrey Heath, has visited our property and assessment the trees in question and verbal agreed the work needs to be carried out. TPO/4/90 Beech Hedge Row at rear of property - The beech in the middle is diseased and needs to be removal. A large limb has already fell. Corsic by garage - Needs the one limb over the garage to be reduced by 2-3 meters because a large limb has fallen.

Require to fell an Acacia ( marked as number 1 in the sketch attached ) in the corner of my garden ( next to the garage ). The tree roots are breaking up the asphalt in front of my garage and it looks like they are pushing on my garage wall too. I already had the work surveyed and three different tree surgeons suggested the works quite straight forward but that I might need this permission as the property is inside a conservation area. The tree surgeon suggested it can be cut down to pieces so no real need to "fall" the tree.

The proposal is to extend the rear of the property with a single storey extension extruding 2m from the existing building line, across the width of the property. The single storey extension is proposed to be 2m in depth and spanning the width of the northern elevation, excluding the garage area. To allow this development to proceed, there will not be a requirement to remove any trees. The project is to be built under the Certificate of Lawfulness (Permitted development) and the supporting report is to demonstrate how this can be achieved whilst maintaining the tree root system and minimizing the impact during construction.

T1 - Oak tree - Dead - Fell to ground level (Previously pollarded) T2 - Holly - Fell - Wholly overhangs boundary of 11 Portsmouth Road, so cutting back the overhang would leave a 6 ft stump G1 - Cut back overhanging branches from yews and hollies to boundary with 11 Portsmouth Road. Causing excessive shading and moss build up on garage roof

Tree No 1 Large Oak Height 40m approx. Spread 9+ meters (Last work done 2006) Crown reduction by 5m in height and 3m in total width. Crown thinning by 25% To reduce overhang to neighboring property to prevent branches touching and causing damage to garage roofs and fences. (See photo 1 &2) To allow light and water into gardens improving the quality of the Oak and existing trees and shrubs. Keep the foliage within a restricted area as tree has grown and expanded over the last 15 years and will soon be touching the house Recover the shape of the Oak improving the life and quality of the tree Tree Number 2 Silver Birch. Height approx 16m spread approx 3m Remove the tree as it is dying and will be dangerous within a short space of time (See photo 3) Removal will give the adjacent Oak space and light to thrive. (No space for replacement) Tree number 4 Silver Birch Height 20m approx Spread 5m (See photo 4) Crown reduction of 5m Crown thinning by 10% To reduce the risk of damage to property to the rear and boundary fences. To allow light, space and water to improve the quality of the tree shape and foliage

Large beech (1) twin stemmed with a bark included union within full range of garage and house. Would cause serious structural damage, recommend fell or reduce to monolith. The above mentioned beech tree also has the following fungus is present, meripilus giganteus.
