Oak tree in rear garden - Crown lift by removing the large low branch over the lawn and deadwood

T4 - Sweet Chestnut: Crown lift to gain a clearance of 3.5m over the neighboring property. Reason: To reduce the heavy encroachment over the garden.

TPO 1/02 - 12 mtr Oak tree spread across the house, 3mtrs from house with crown spread of additional 3 mtr over roof approx.

The tree is a single cypress that is now too big and blocks light to the annexe. To be replaced by low growing shrub. The tree is not in character with other trees on the property or adjoining properties which include scots pines, silver birch and chestnuts.

T1 - Oak ? Tree dimensions : Height 16 m Lateral spread 10 m - located in the front garden adjacent to the neighbouring property. The proposed work ? To crown reduce by approximately 2 metres selecting suitable growth points maintaining a balanced shape, keeping pruning wounds < 50 mm Also to crown lift to approximately 4 metres above ground level. Tree dimensions after pruning : Height 14 m lateral spread 8 m This specimen has an asymmetric crown that is bias over the neighbouring property. It is in very close proximity to the neighbouring property which is causing excessive shading. These works are to provide much needed clearance from the property and create light penetration. My clients would like to retain the tree but feel that it is impacting on the neighbouring property.

T1 Sweet chestnut - Reduce crown by a maximum of 1.5-2m. Crown lift to a maximum of 5m above ground level. Crown thin by approximately 10% focused on epicormic shoots, crossing/rubbing, diseased and damaged branches. To maintain volume of crown in accordance with previously approved works ref: TP/11/00177.

T1- cedar tree. crown reduce lateral branches only by 1.5M and cut the tree back to ensure its not over hanging the property and crown clean by 10% spread of the tree is 15M after works 13M nothing to be removed in height

(T1) Lime Tree (rear garden) - Crown Reduction by 2.5 - 3m due to tree outgrowing the surrounding areas and got to large, causing excessive shading and large branches have snapped off in the winds. There are multiple pot rockets present and tree has a large sale area.
