Application Tree T1: This is a mature eucalyptus that stands approximately 60ft high and is close to both the house and a large, very old yew hedge. If the tree were to fall, it could cause serious damage to the house and any root ball lift could irreparably damage a large section of the hedge. The main issue is that good-sized branches fall off, even in just a moderate breeze. Since moving here in 2021, several branches large enough to kill or seriously injure have dropped, most taking place outside of storms. In the last 2 weeks another large branch has fallen (see Fig.2), and we now realise that much as we seek to retain all our trees, it simply isn't safe. The tree is situated such that the branches stretch over the section of our garden directly beyond the steps leading out from our house and as such is the area we would most frequently use. However the regular fall of branches means it is not safe to use that part of the garden when it is breezy which is inconvenient. Most of the branches are high above the ground and removing the upper section of the tree would not be practicable, as it would leave a mostly bare trunk. In addition to large branches, smaller material including large parts of the bark routinely fall. We seek to fell the tree to prevent risk of injury and to ensurethat the old yew hedge is not damaged in the event it falls in a storm. We would replace the tree with a smaller flowering cherry that would not risk damage to either hedge or house should it fall. Application Tree T2: We are not sure of the exact species of this specimen tree, but since moving to Coopers Green in March 2021 it has never shown more foliage than in the photos (Fig. 3). The mostly-bare branches suggest it is dying, and being visible from the street, it is not particularly attractive. We would like to fell it and replace with a flowering tree of similar maximum size to improve the street view.

Tree 1: Oak - Reduce lateral growth over the Lane (East) by approximately 3-5 metres to secondary growth (where possible) tapering the reductions into the upper crown Due to Ganoderma Resinaceum at the base of the tree, works are to reduce crown weight towards the road in favour of the garden, whilst retaining as much crown shape as possible.

Removal of three tall Scott?s pines. Trees are to the west of Chobham High Street, exposed to south westerly winds. Trees need to be removed as they pose an imminent hazard to the High Street under strong wind.

Tree 1: Evergreen Cypress/Chamaecyparis Glauca. This is approx 25 metres high and we would like to lop it to match the height of the surrounding trees at approx 6m. Tree 2: Evergreen Cupressocyparis Leylandii. This is approx 20 metres high and similarly we would like to lop it to match the height of 6m of surrounding trees. Both trees are in the rear garden of no 10 Chertsey Road and situated 4 metres apart from each other and block a lot of light for both ourselves, no 10 Chertsey Road and our adjoining neighbours no 14 Chertsey Road. They are positioned halfway down the garden away from buildings of no.10 and no.14. They are near to a mature 15m deciduous Walnut tree and a 15m deciduos Pear Tree. They are a nice addition to the garden and boundary but are becoming too high for light to reach the gardenand borders throughout the year.

Tree 1: Catalpa - Reduce long, low limb by approximately 2 metres to secondary growth. Leaving a retained branch length of approximately 7-8 metres.

G1 - group of Birch trees at front of property - fell woodland Birch in centre of group and reduce remaining by up to 1.5m overall. The trees are becoming too large for location and are close to footpath and road.

We are planning on carrying out some maintenance tree works to the MOD boundary trees adjacent to St Michaels church yard. we will be crown lifting over the road to 4m and 2m over the graves and grassy areas. we are also going to be dead wooding some trees over the roads, and removing of 2 dead trees and 1 hung up tree, and the removal of 2 top snap out trees. all locations and specs can be found within the attached document.
