Application under Regulations 75-78 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 in respect of Prior Approval application 20/1119/GPD for a proposed change of use from offices (Class B1a) residential (Class C3) (four dwellings) under Class O, Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).

Application for a minor material amendment and variation of condition 2 of permission 19/0031 (Application for the approval of reserved matters (scale, appearance and landscaping) pursuant to outline planning permission 18/0327 (248 dwellings with associated roads, footpaths, play areas, parking, open space and landscaping) to allow 26no. two-bedroom apartments to be amended to 15no. townhouses (6no. three-bedroom and 9no. four-bedroom) with associated parking and the relocation of the 11no. units as additional houses to the Northern Area. It is also proposed to amend 9no. houses by means of extensions in order to accommodate home offices.
