Variation of condition 2 (plans) of approved permission 20/0922/FFU (extensions to dwelling) to allow for alterations to the fenestration, amended roof design over single storey element and internal alterations

Retrospective: Variation of condition 4 (windows) of 19/2186/FFU Erection of a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension with a proposed raised patio to the rear. Conversion of roof space to habitable accommodation with the insertion of roof lights and associated works. All following demolition of existing shed and outbuilding. To allow both windows in the east elevation to tilt inwards with restricted opening to create ventilation.

Variation of condition 3 of 20/0675/FFU (erection of a two storey rear/side extension, a single storey side/rear extension, the demolition of the existing garage, alterations to roof over existing single storey side projection and roof over existing two storey rear projection and installation of a window to side elevation at first floor level) to allow for amended plans as the height of the single storey side/rear extension has been built higher than the approved plans.

Consultation from Runnymede Borough Council for the variation of condition 9 of hybrid planning permission RU.13/0856 (as amended by RU.16/0584) to extend the demolition time limit applicable to the upper western plateau buildings (mainly within Surrey Heath Borough Council land) from 3 years to 7 years (Hybrid planning application for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide; up to 79,025sqm (GEA) of Class B1 employment uses (including parking); up to 36,000sqm (GEA) of sui generis Data Centres use (including ancillary facilities and parking); up to 200 dwellings, including a detailed first phase comprising 108 dwellings (comprising 13 x two bed, 26 x three bed, 21 x four bed and 13 x five bed dwellings; 8 x one bed apartments and 23 x two bed apartments; and 2 x one bed FOGs and 2 x two bed FOGs); roadways driveways and pavements; fencing and walling; up to 6,300sqm (GEA) of ancillary uses, including Class A1 - A5 uses (i.e. retail uses, cafe/restaurants and a public house up to 1,550sqm GEA), Class D1 uses (i.e. childcare facilities up to 600sqm GEA); Class D2 uses (i.e. Health and Leisure (up to 1900sqm GEA); the creation of Publicly Accessible Open Space (PAOS), ecological habitats, general amenity areas ( including informal and formal open spaces), equipped play areas and landscaped areas; new vehicular accesses from the existing public highway network; vehicle and cycle parking; bin stores; landscape compound; car parking (for railway station); electricity sub-stations; lighting; drainage and associated infrastructure works, including sustainable drainage systems (SUDS); a foul pumping station; an acoustic fence and associated engineering and service operations).

Variation of Conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission 21/0428/FFU (relating to a garage conversion into habitable accommodation, erection of single storey side/front extension, front porch, demolition of existing single storey rear extensions) to allow the retention of existing brickwork and to finish the development in matching brickwork (rather than render, in part).

Variation of condition 2 (plan numbers) of 20/0785/FFU allowed at appeal (APP/D3640/D/20/3265268) Erection of a two storey side and rear extension, to include integral garage, with associated works following demolition of existing detached garage. To seek alterations to the materials to permit the use of blue bricks to the approved white render materials.

Application for a minor material amendment and variation of condition 2 of permission 19/0031 (Application for the approval of reserved matters (scale, appearance and landscaping) pursuant to outline planning permission 18/0327 (248 dwellings with associated roads, footpaths, play areas, parking, open space and landscaping) to allow 26no. two-bedroom apartments to be amended to 15no. townhouses (6no. three-bedroom and 9no. four-bedroom) with associated parking and the relocation of the 11no. units as additional houses to the Northern Area. It is also proposed to amend 9no. houses by means of extensions in order to accommodate home offices.

Application for variation of condition 2 of planning reference 18/0085 (erection of a first floor side extension and single storey rear extension with associated works) to allow for the doors frames and window frames on the single storey rear extension, only, to be finished in grey anthracite aluminium and the remainder of the building works constructed in external fascia materials to match those of the original building.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 17/1016 (side and rear extension) to allow for a two storey rear elevation gable end roof.

Application for the approval of details reserved by Condition 2 of permission 20/0157/PMR [relating to the variation of Condition 4 of planning permission 19/2017/FFU (relating to the erection of an outbuilding following the demolition of existing outbuilding) to allow the existing outbuilding to be removed within two months of the substantial; completion of the extensions rather than prior to the commencement of the approved development] to agree external materials.
