I have an oak tree in my back garden which is located some 13 meters from the house very close to the fence between myself and my neighbour. There are two dead branches on the tree, one on my side of the fence and the other that hangs over my neighbours garden. I would like to remove both of these branches to avoid any risk of falling into my garden or my neighbours garden. In addition there is a large overhanging branch over my neighbours garden (third picture) that I would like to cut back as much as is permitted.

T1- Sycamore, H 10m, S 8m. Uneven canopy due to historically pruned away from street light. Recommend a 20% crown reduction of the whole canopy to rebalance canopy, cutting branches by up to 2m from tips. Reduction on 10m height and 8m spread will result in 8m height and 6.5m spread post works. T3- Whitebeam- Crown lift to 3m above ground level to give clearance to large vehicles. T4- Cherry, Crown lift to 3m above ground level to give clearance for pedestrians. T5- Cherry, H11m S6m. Crown reduction of whole canopy cutting branches back by up to 3m from tips to previous cut points to clear the tree away from the neighboring tree. Reducing height to 6m and spread to 4m. T6- Walnut, H10m S8m- Branches touching building blocking street light. Recommend crown reduction of the whole canopy, cutting branches by up to 2.5m from tips. Reducing height to 6m and spread to 6m. T11- Whitebeam- Crown lift to 3m from ground level to make clearance for the path and parked cars. T13-Oak H9m S9m, Tree growing from railway and over boundary fence. Branches touching the building. Recommend a crown reduction away from the building, cutting branches by up to 1.5m from tips, reducing the spread of the tree to 7m. T14 Oak, Lower branches touching the building and over hanging road. Crown lift to 5m from ground level to clear away from garages and large vehicles.

Change of use of the land from privately owned amenity land to a private garden incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house at 39 Alphington Avenue, and enlargement of the curtilage of the dwelling house and erection of replacement fencing.

T1- Remove alder to ground level. There is a historical wound and rot evident at its base, the tree is also leaning away from the wound so there are fears it could fail. T2- Remove 2 conifers to ground level, to allow more light into the property. T3- Lift conifer by 5m to allow more light into the property again. The current height 15m tall 4.5m wide, no change for this work. T4- Remove limb off laurel which is resting on the fence to avoid further damage to the property. T5- Reduce hazel by 50%, this will reduce overly weighted branches and remove hazardous deadwood. The current height is 7.5m tall 4.5m wide and will be 4.5m high and 3m wide following the proposed work. T6- Reduce oak by 2.5m and remove lowest limb, this is to keep size maintainable in the future as it leans heavily over a public children's play area, and the client is aware of liability where safety concerns lie. Current height is 18.5m and 14m wide, and will be 16m high and 12m wide following the proposed work. T7- Cut back/pollard 3 alders back to the property boundary, this is to reduce weight as they lean very heavily toward the property. The current height is 7.5m tall and 2m wide, then will become 3m high and 0.5m wide following the proposed work. T8- Reduce Laburnum by 50% from 4.5m tall and 2m wide, to 2.5m tall and 1m wide to keep the size small and manageable for the client.
