I have an oak tree in my back garden which is located some 13 meters from the house very close to the fence between myself and my neighbour. There are two dead branches on the tree, one on my side of the fence and the other that hangs over my neighbours garden. I would like to remove both of these branches to avoid any risk of falling into my garden or my neighbours garden. In addition there is a large overhanging branch over my neighbours garden (third picture) that I would like to cut back as much as is permitted.

T1 Oak tree located in the rear garden. To reduce the over extended lateral limbs of the canopy by up to 2m from the branch tips, back to suitable growth points. This action will only result in the tertiary growth being pruned in order to help contain the tree within its setting. To remove the epicormic growth from the trunk up to crown break. This action is to promote the canopy of the tree and to prevent any of the epicorimc growth from becoming to substantial.

T1- English oak (quercus robur) located at the front of the property overhanging the front drive. The client proposes a 30% reduction to previous points as part of the trees routine maintenance. The tree is currently 15m high and 10m wide and will be approximately 12m high and 7m wide following the proposed work. T2- English oak, located to the rear of the property in the garden. Proposed epicormic growth on the stem to be removed up to the crown break, this will not impact the current height and width which is approximately 17m by 12m. This is to allow more light into the garden.

Tree 1: Evergreen Cypress/Chamaecyparis Glauca. This is approx 25 metres high and we would like to lop it to match the height of the surrounding trees at approx 6m. Tree 2: Evergreen Cupressocyparis Leylandii. This is approx 20 metres high and similarly we would like to lop it to match the height of 6m of surrounding trees. Both trees are in the rear garden of no 10 Chertsey Road and situated 4 metres apart from each other and block a lot of light for both ourselves, no 10 Chertsey Road and our adjoining neighbours no 14 Chertsey Road. They are positioned halfway down the garden away from buildings of no.10 and no.14. They are near to a mature 15m deciduous Walnut tree and a 15m deciduos Pear Tree. They are a nice addition to the garden and boundary but are becoming too high for light to reach the gardenand borders throughout the year.

Tree 2 on sketch plan: Evidence of fungus growth (Potentially honey fungus suggested by multiple tree surgeons), samples have been taken and stored in freezer as per instructions on last visit. Large sections of the tree are now dead, as can be seen on photos. These pose a threat to damage to both the neighbours property and the substation the sit between our property and theirs. Original statement from tree surgeon: Mature Sweet Chestnut ? Tree is dying and has virtually no leaf growth on it ? Climb and sectional dismantle to ground level.

0smy - Willow - Pollard to a final height of 4 meters and 2 meter spread from a height of 10 meters and a spread of 4 meters. 0smy - To reduce the risk of failure due to the presence of decay.
