Application to remove condition 4 (General Permitted Development) of planning permission 08/1056 (Erection of a two storey dwelling house with detached garage/stable following demolition of existing house and detached garage/stable.)

Seven new dwellings within curtilage of 38 Benner Lane, formation of new access drive, works to host dwelling to facilitate development, new garage/office to host dwelling

The proposal is to extend the rear of the property with a single storey extension extruding 2m from the existing building line, across the width of the property. The single storey extension is proposed to be 2m in depth and spanning the width of the northern elevation, excluding the garage area. To allow this development to proceed, there will not be a requirement to remove any trees. The project is to be built under the Certificate of Lawfulness (Permitted development) and the supporting report is to demonstrate how this can be achieved whilst maintaining the tree root system and minimizing the impact during construction.

Application to remove condition 4 of permission 14/0386 (variation of 13/0953 (relating to the erection of a six bedroom, two storey dwelling house with accommodation in the roof and triple garage with accommodation in the roof, entrance gates and front boundary wall following the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and removal of swimming pool)) to allow for permitted development rights to be re-instated.
