T1 - Turkey Oak: Remove. Extensive weeping from lessons on the stem indicates infection. Bark necrosis and large dead branches throughout the crown. Symptoms are consistent with Acute Oak Decline.

Tree: Sweet Chestnut (Tree 2 on sketch) Fell to ground due to poor health and honey fungus. The tree is overhanging electrical sub station, which if any substantial branches (which some are clearly dead) were to fall into the sub station could have a major impact on the local houses.

I would like to cut down the two oak trees (T1 and T2) that are now much too big for the garden in order to prevent significant changes in the ground and damaging the property. I am willing to plant two other tree elsewhere - perhaps with Surrey Heath's tree planting initiative - but the plot isn't large enough to plant replacement trees that won't interfere with the property. TPO 13/86 Woodland W2 We have recently moved into number 16, Ling Drive, Lightwater. We have a large Oak tree to the front of the property which requires some attention. My concern is the amount of deadwood within the tree, a reasonably large branch fell out and landed next to one of my employees whilst he was working beneath. I have had an arboriculturist come round to offer advice and he has recommended a 30% reduction to properly maintain the tree whilst not impacting the health but rather ensuring. I am also concerned with the amount of growth the tree has seen without proper maintenance and being so close to the house, if we have high winds like we did last year large branches falling and hitting the house. I appreciate the tree was long there before and we certainly love the tree, however it is in need of some urgent attention.

T1 and T2 large scots pine trees in the rear garden, customer is having alot of trouble with falling debris, we would like to crown reduce the trees back by 2M to help resolve the issue without removing the trees. work has been granted and carried out before at the front the front of the property and solved the issues in the front.
