A non-material amendment application pursuant to permission 20/0524/PMR [relating to a minor material amendment pursuant to planning permission SU/17/0540 (relating to the erection of replacement stables, along with the provision of a sand school and parking following the demolition of existing stables) to allow the provision of replacement stables with a greater width, narrower depth and lower height] to allow the insertion of clear rooflight panels in the roof sheeting and amendments to the layout of the stables to provide a stable for a pony instead of a shavings store (variation of Condition 8 of 20/0524/PMR)

Change of use of land from agricultural to equestrian and erection of a building to provide stables and storage together with riding arena, barn, replacement storage shed and parking area.
