Erection of nine dwellings including garages, car ports and landscaping following demolition of existing dwelling and equestrian buildings.

Demolition of the existing dwelling and the erection of a two storey dwelling with roof accommodation and the provision of car parking, refuse storage and associated hard and soft landscaping involving the creation of a retaining wall.

Details to comply with condition 7 (Landscape & Ecological Plan) and condition 8 (Construction Environmental Management Plan ) of of application ref.19/0615 (Erection of greenkeepers storage compound building and assoiciated works) granted 28/01/2020.

Variation of Condition 6 (Landscape details) of permission 20/0912/PMR [Variation of Conditions 2 (approved plans) and 3 (external materials) of 18/0491 (replacement building for use as car sales) to allow for an amended main building design including 3.6m height increase to provide additional second floor for car storage, multi-storey vehicular ramp and front entrance tower, amended valet building footprint and parking layouts] to provide an alternative landscaping scheme.

A non-material amendment application to vary the wording to Condition 12 (tree report) [of planning permission APP/D3640/W/20/3248476 [SU/19/0235] (relating to the residential development of 44 dwellings comprising 7 no two bedroom, 9 no three bedroom and 16 no four bedroom two storey homes and 7 no one bedroom and 5 no two bedroom flats within a three storey building along with access, parking/garaging, and landscaping, following the demolition of the existing dwelling and associated outbuildings], to allow the development to be implemented in accordance with the recommendations set out in the Arboricultural Implications Report (as amended by the Addendum Report) and as amended by a haul road and car park method statement/plan, to allow adjustments to the position of the tree protection fencing to provide a temporary haul road during the construction period

Erection of 34 dwelling houses, to comprise 10 No one bed, 6 No two bed, 12 No three bed and 6 No four bed, with associated parking, access and landscaping following demolition of existing dwellings.

A non material amendment application pursuant to permission SU/19/0021relating to a minor amendment permission for the minor material amendment pursuant to planning permission SU/18/0001 (relating to Erection of 6 No. three bedroom and 2 No. two bedroom houses with landscaping, parking and accesses (to Potteries Lane and Coleford Close) whilst retaining existing dwellings on reduced residential curtilages and footpath link.), to allow amendment to the approved dwellings to include changes to roof for all of the dwellings along with an increase in the width of the dwellings for plots 3, 5 and 6, addition of an integral garage with accommodation over (instead of a detached garage), for the dwellings at plot 4 (increasing the number of bedrooms for this dwelling from 3 to 4) and amendment to the parking layout (with no loss of parking provision), to allow internal amendments to provide dwellings for flats 5 and 6 as three bedroom units rather than two bedroom units.
