Reserved Matters application pursuant to Condition 4 for the Formal Park (Phase 3b) with access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping being considered and the partial submission of details pursuant to conditions 16 (Ecological Mitigation and Management), 21 (LAP's and LEAPs), 29 (Tree Retention and Protection), 32 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) and 33 (Landscape Management Plan) attached to 12/0546 as amended by 18/0619 and 18/1002 and Schedules 5 Part 10 (formal park) and 9 Part 9 (LEAPS and LAPS) of the Section 106 agreement dated 17 April 2014 as varied.

A minor material amendment pursuant to permission SU/19/0021 (which was a minor material amendment pursuant to permission SU/18/0001, relating to the erection of 6 No. three bedroom and 2 No. two bedroom houses with landscaping, parking and accesses (to Potteries Lane and Coleford Close) whilst retaining existing dwellings on reduced residential curtilages and footpath link, as amended by this later permission) to allow the erection of 7 No. three bedroom,and 1 no four bedroom dwellings with single storey rear projections; flank/rear rooflights/sun pipes with the use of part of the roofspaces for domestic storage.

Application for a variation of condition No's: 3 (approved plans and documents), 4 (external materials), 10 (Construction Management Plan), 12 (Ecological Mitigation and Enhancement), 13 (Arboricultural pre-commencement meeting), 14 (landscaping and Landscape Management Scheme), 17 (Archaeological Investigation), 18 (Lighting) and 21 (Surface Water Drainage) of hybrid planning permission 15/0067 (Hybrid planning application (full application for two new wings to existing building, extension to existing garage next to the clock tower and enlarged plant enclosure to existing energy centre;  plus two new buildings 1 and 2 for research and development located at the southeast corner of the site together with circular test road, gatehouse, cycle/waste storage building with new vehicular access from Highams Lane; and, monorail stations and monorail track between the existing building and proposed building 1;  Outline application with all matters reserved for extension to restaurant; enlarged test road and monorail track in the western field; and, new building 3 for research and development adjacent to the M3 motorway, monorail station adjoining building 3, and test building ), to allow for the insertion of the words 'and phasing plan A GA (10) 004 Rev 01 dated 5/7/18' to condition 3 and 'under each phase hereby permitted' to conditions 4,10,12,13,14,17, 18 and 21, in addition to details to comply with the requirements of the aforementioned conditions in so far as they relate to phase 1 (garage extension) of the hybrid permission.
